§ 41². Kohtutäituri tasu täitemenetluse lõpetamise korral nõude täitmise aegumise tõttu
Täitemenetluse lõpetamisel nõude täitmise aegumise tõttu on kohtutäituril õigus nõuda võlgnikult menetluse põhitasu kuni pooles ulatuses arvestatuna sissenõudmata jäänud summalt. Täitemenetluse alustamise tasu kohtutäitur nõuda ei või.
