Art. 49a Hauptberuflichkeit
Die Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer nach Art. 7 des Vermögensverwaltungsgesetzes in einer Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft steht der Hauptberuflichkeit im Sinne des Art. 27 Abs. 1 nicht entgegen, sofern der Geschäftsführer zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens des Vermögensverwaltungsgesetzes zur gewerbsmässigen Vermögensverwaltung berechtigt ist.
