§ 66 Unterstützungspflichten
Erlaubnisinhaber sind verpflichtet, Amtshandlungen im Betrieb zu unterstützen. Sie haben Folgendes unentgeltlich zur Verfügung zu stellen:
1. das für die Amtshandlung benötigte Material,
2. die für die Vergällung von Alkohol erforderlichen Mittel in geeigneter Beschaffenheit,
3. geeichte Wiege- und Messgeräte sowie
4. verschließbare Räume und Behälter.
