§ 7 Sicherheitsleistung
(1) Das Hauptzollamt legt die Höhe der Sicherheitsleistung unter Berücksichtigung des § 5 Absatz 1 Satz 4 und 5 des Gesetzes fest. Es überprüft regelmäßig die Höhe der Sicherheitsleistung und passt diese gegebenenfalls an. (2) Sind Steuerbelange gefährdet, kann das Hauptzollamt eine Sicherheitsleistung bis zur Höhe des Steuerwerts des tatsächlichen Bestands im Steuerlager sowie bis zur Höhe der entstandenen, aber noch nicht entrichteten Steuer verlangen; § 221 der Abgabenordnung bleibt unberührt.
