Art. 20 Gerichtliche Mithilfe
1) Die Gerichte sind berechtigt, in ihren Verfahren und beim Vollzug von Entscheidungen die Dienste der Landespolizei in Anspruch zu nehmen und ihr Aufträge zu erteilen. Diese Rechte stehen gemäss den Bestimmungen der Strafprozessordnung auch dem Staatsanwalt zu.
2) Die Landespolizei untersteht, soweit sie gerichtliche Anordnungen zu vollziehen hat, dem Gericht.
