Durch Landesgesetz kann bestimmt werden, daß ein Gläubiger, dessen Pfandrecht zu der im Artikel 192 bezeichneten Zeit besteht, die Löschung eines im Rang vorgehenden oder gleichstehenden Pfandrechts, falls dieses sich mit dem Eigentum in einer Person vereinigt, in gleicher Weise zu verlangen berechtigt ist, wie wenn zur Sicherung des Rechts auf Löschung eine Vormerkung im Grundbuch eingetragen wäre.
