Wird vor dem 3. Oktober 2000 die Berichtigung des Grundbuchs zugunsten desjenigen beantragt, der nach § 11 Abs. 2 Eigentümer ist, so übersendet das Grundbuchamt dem Fiskus des Landes, in dem das Grundstück liegt, eine Nachricht hiervon. Das gilt auch für Verfügungen, deren Eintragung dieser Eigentümer vor dem 3. Oktober 2000 beantragt oder beantragen läßt.
