§ 16 Internationale Zusammenarbeit
Für den Abschluss von Verwaltungsabkommen mit ausländischen Staaten über die Mitnutzung des Digitalfunk BOS ist das Bundesministerium des Innern, für Bau und Heimat zuständig. Solche Verwaltungsabkommen sollen das Prinzip der Gegenseitigkeit wahren und nur abgeschlossen werden, wenn das Recht zur Mitnutzung der entsprechenden Funkeinrichtungen des jeweils anderen Vertragsstaats sichergestellt ist.
