Art. 19 Produktinformationsstelle für das Bauwesen
1 Das BBL betreibt eine Produktinformationsstelle für das Bauwesen. 2 Es kann private oder kantonale Stellen durch Vertrag beauftragen, die Tätigkeiten der Produktinformationsstelle wahrzunehmen und dafür ein Entgelt vorsehen. Das BBL bleibt die verantwortliche Produktinformationsstelle. 3 Der Bundesrat bestimmt, welche Informationen die Produktinformationsstelle zur Verfügung stellen muss, und regelt, inwieweit dafür ein Entgelt verlangt werden kann. Er kann der Produktinformationsstelle weitere Auflagen machen.
