Eine vor dem 1. Januar 2026 ausgestellte Erlaubnis zum Versand von apothekenpflichtigen Arzneimitteln gemäß § 43 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Arzneimittelgesetzes gilt auch als Erlaubnis für den Versand von apothekenpflichtigen Tierarzneimitteln gemäß den §§ 43 und 44a Absatz 2 des Tierarzneimittelgesetzes.
