Präsidentin oder Präsident 1 Die Präsidentin oder der Präsident des Justizgerichts erhält ein Taggeld, welches 1/21 des Monatslohns der Präsidentin oder des Präsidenten des Obergerichts gemäss Artikel 21 Absatz 1 Litera a des Gerichtsorganisationsgesetzes4) entspricht. 2 Die Mitwirkungsvergütung der Präsidentin oder des Präsidenten des Justizgerichts beträgt bis zu einem ganzen Taggeld pro Geschäft. 3 Die Präsidentin oder der Präsident des Justizgerichts erhält als Entschädigung für den fallunabhängigen Aufwand eine jährliche Pauschale von 4000 Franken.
