69 Beförderung 1 Beförderung ist die Einreihung von Mitarbeitenden in die nächsthöhere Besoldungsklasse. Sie setzt eine Leistungsbeurteilung mit einer Bewertungsstufe von mindestens "gut" voraus. 2 Die Mitarbeitenden werden in die Lohnstufe der neuen Besoldungsklasse eingestuft, die frankenmässig mindestens der bisherigen Einstufung entspricht. In der Regel wird ihnen jedoch mindestens der Anstieg einer Lohnstufe in der neuen Besoldungsklasse gewährt.
