Art und Höhe der Leistungen 1 Aus dem Fonds werden finanzielle Leistungen in Form von Darlehen oder Geldleistungen (à fonds perdu) gewährt. Beide Leistungsarten können kombiniert werden. 2 Art und Höhe der Leistungen richten sich insbesondere nach dem Grund des Gesuchs, der wirtschaftlichen Lage der oder des Mitarbeitenden, den persönlichen Umständen, der bisherigen Dauer des Dienstverhältnisses und den zukünftigen Erwerbsmöglichkeiten.
