Mittel 1 Die Darlehen werden durch einen Landwirtschaftsfonds (der Landwirtschaftsfonds) finanziert. 2 Der Landwirtschaftsfonds wird gespeist aus: a) den Beiträgen aus dem Voranschlag; b) den Rückzahlungen und den Rückerstattungen von Darlehen. 3 Der Landwirtschaftsfond wird gespeist, bis er einen Betrag von 40 Millionen Franken enthält. 4 Die Zinsen der Darlehen werden jährlich in die allgemeine Staatskasse eingezahlt.
