Übergangsrecht – Überweisung des Landwirtschaftsfonds 1 Das gegenwärtige Kapital des aufgrund des Dekrets vom 27. Mai 1994 über die Schaffung eines kantonalen Landwirtschaftsfonds gebildeten Landwirtschaftsfonds wird formell an den «neuen» Landwirtschaftsfonds als Einlage nach Artikel 17 dieses Gesetzes überwiesen. 2 Das Kapital von 40 Millionen Franken nach Artikel 17 Abs. 3 wird entsprechend den Bedürfnissen im Rahmen des jährlichen Voranschlags gebildet; die Beitragsgesuche müssen jedoch berücksichtigt werden.
