Eine Mitteilung des anderen Vertragsstaats, daß für die Erledigung des Ersuchens mit Kosten zu rechnen ist (Artikel 6 Abs. 3 des Übereinkommens), leitet die Übermittlungsstelle dem ersuchenden Gericht zu. Das Gericht teilt der Übermittlungsstelle mit, ob das Ersuchen aufrechterhalten wird.
