1 Falls eine Verwaltungseinheit belegen kann, dass eine interne Leistung nicht konkurrenzfähig ist oder die Leistung intern nicht erbracht werden kann, ist sie berechtigt, Waren und Dienstleistungen bei Dritten zu beziehen oder herstellen zu lassen. 2 Interne Leistungsbezüge werden zu den vereinbarten Kostenansätzen abgerechnet. 3 Grundlage für die Berechnung bildet der Anhang. 4.
