1 Die Anschlussgebühr berechnet sich mit Fr. 270.– pro Belastungswert LU (Loading Units).4 2 Die Anschlussgebühr für die Einleitung von Regenabwasser in eine Schmutzwasserleitung beträgt Fr. 30.– pro m2 entwässerter, versiegelter Fläche.4 3 Die Gebührenansätze in Abs. 1 und 2 basieren auf dem Berner Baukostenindex von 119,7 Punkten (Stand 1. April 1997). Erhöht oder senkt sich der Baukostenindex, kann der Gemeinderat die Gebührenansätze im gleichen Verhältnis anpassen, sofern die Veränderung des Baukostenindexes mindestens 10 Punkte beträgt. 4 Die jeweils gültigen Gebührenansätze sind im Anhang festgelegt.
