§ 29 Zeugen, zweiter Notar
Auf Verlangen der Beteiligten soll der Notar bei der Beurkundung bis zu zwei Zeugen oder einen zweiten Notar zuziehen und dies in der Niederschrift vermerken. Die Niederschrift soll auch von diesen Personen unterschrieben werden.
