§ 35 Niederschrift ohne Unterschrift des Notars
Hat der Notar die Niederschrift über die Errichtung einer Verfügung von Todes wegen nicht unterschrieben, so ist die Beurkundung aus diesem Grunde nicht unwirksam, wenn er die Aufschrift auf dem verschlossenen Umschlag unterschrieben hat.
