Art. 23 <strong>*</strong> Hochhäuser
1 Hochhäuser sind Gebäude mit einer Gebäudehöhe von mindestens 40 m. 2 Hochhäuser sind nur in dem im Zonenplan speziell bezeichneten Gebiet zulässig. Die Beschränkung der Baudichte gemäss § 18 dieser Bauordnung findet keine Anwendung. 3 Im Interesse einer städtebaulich guten Lösung ist vor Erlass des Bebauungsplans ein Studienauftrag oder ein Projektierungswettbewerb nach den Regeln des SIA durchzuführen.
