Art. 24 Ergänzungsbestimmung Kernzone
1 Im Erdgeschoss der Kernzone sind in der Regel keine Wohnungen zulässig. Erdgeschossräume in Bauten entlang der Kantonsstrasse müssen in jedem Fall eine einheitliche Höhe von mind. 4.0 m aufweisen. 2 Für Geschäfte im Erdgeschoss ist mit Zustimmung des Nachbarn das Bauen auf die Grenze zulässig.
