Art. 7 Verkehrsanlagen
1 Verkehrsanlagen wie z.B. Ein- und Ausfahrten sind so anzulegen, dass sie im Gebrauch niemanden gefährden oder behindern. Sie sind bewilligungspflichtig. 2 Zugänglichkeit Notfalldienste: Gebäude und andere Anlagen müssen für den raschen zweckmässigen Einsatz der Notfalldienste jederzeit zugänglich sein.
