1 Pro Wohnung sind mindestens zwei Veloabstellplätze zu erstellen. Bei Industrie-, Gewerbe und Dienstleistungsbauten sind genügend gedeckte Veloabstellplätze zu erstellen. 2 In Mehrfamilienhäusern sind in der Nähe des Hauseingangs genügend grosse und ohne Treppen zugängliche gemeinsame Abstellräume für Kinderwagen, Velos und dergleichen vorzusehen.
