§ 17 Ruhen der Zulassung
Stellt die zuständige Behörde bei zugelassenen Lagern, Sammelstellen, Schlachtstätten oder Betrieben fest, dass die Voraussetzungen für die Zulassung nicht mehr erfüllt sind, so ordnet sie das Ruhen der Zulassung bis zur Behebung der festgestellten Mängel an. Für das Ruhen der Zulassung und das Ende des Ruhens gilt § 16 Satz 1 und 2 entsprechend.
