§ 43 Wirksamwerden von Bekanntmachungen
Nach dieser Verordnung vorgeschriebene Bekanntmachungen werden mit Beginn des Tages, der auf ihre Veröffentlichung im Bundesanzeiger folgt, wirksam, soweit in der Bekanntmachung kein späterer Zeitpunkt bestimmt ist. Satz 1 gilt nicht für Bekanntmachungen nach § 16 Satz 2.
