§ 13. Akadeemiline õiend
(1) Koos diplomiga antakse välja akadeemiline õiend. (2) Akadeemiline õiend annab informatsiooni õppekava, selle täitmise tulemuste, antud akadeemilise kraadi või muu kvalifikatsiooni ja Eesti kõrgharidussüsteemi kohta. (3) Akadeemiline õiend diplomita ei ole iseseisev kõrgharidust tõendav dokument.
