Art. 72ter Tarifierung
Die IV-Stellen können mit Leistungserbringern Vereinbarungen zur Kostenvergütung für Abklärungsmassnahmen nach Artikel 43 ATSG abschliessen, sofern kein anderer übergeordneter Tarifvertrag besteht. Artikel 24sexies ist anwendbar. Eingefügt durch Ziff. I der V vom 3. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Jan. 2022 (AS 2021 706).
