§ 2
(1) Die Befugnis zur Führung der in § 1 Abs. 1 genannten Berufsbezeichnung und zur Ausübung pharmazeutischer Tätigkeiten in der Apotheke ist zu untersagen, wenn der Apothekerassistent 1. sich eines Verhaltens schuldig gemacht hat, aus dem sich die Unzuverlässigkeit zur Ausübung des Berufs ergibt, oder 2. in gesundheitlicher Hinsicht zur Ausübung des Berufs ungeeignet ist. (2) Im Falle der Untersagung ist der Betroffene vorher zu hören. (3) Die Untersagung ist auf Antrag aufzuheben, wenn ihre Voraussetzungen nicht mehr vorliegen.
