Umfang Der Umfang ist vom Sozialamt unter Beachtung der Vorschriften von Art. 3, 4 und 5 der Verordnung des Grossen Rates vom 31. Mai 1986 über die Bevorschussung von Unterhaltsbeiträgen für unmündige Kinder festzulegen. Kinderzulagen, die im Rechtstitel zusätzlich zu den Unterhaltsbeiträgen zugesprochen sind, werden nicht bevorschusst.
