§ 1 Ergänzender Bundeszuschuss 2022
Abweichend von § 221a Absatz 3 Satz 1 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch wird ein ergänzender Bundeszuschuss für das Jahr 2022 in Höhe von 14 Milliarden Euro festgesetzt. Abweichend von § 221a Absatz 3 Satz 2 des Fünften Buches Sozialgesetzbuch wird der von dem Gesundheitsfonds an die landwirtschaftliche Krankenversicherung zu überweisende Betrag auf 84 Millionen Euro festgesetzt.
