Art. 127a
Für die familienergänzende Kinderbetreuung gelten Artikel 75a und 75b BPV sinngemäss, wenn das Kind betreut wird: a. in einer Kinderbetreuungsstruktur wie einer Kinderkrippe oder einem Kindergarten; b. durch Tageseltern; oder c. durch Privatpersonen, mit denen ein dem lokalen Recht entsprechendes Arbeitsverhältnis besteht.
