Art. 16 Ausbildung

1 Die zur Ausbildung zugelassenen Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen werden für die Dauer der Ausbildung befristet angestellt.
2 Während der Ausbildung werden den Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen nach Absatz 1 ein allfälliger Teuerungsausgleich und eine allfällige Reallohnerhöhung, hingegen keine Lohnentwicklung gewährt.
3 Die Ausbildung umfasst theoretische und praktische Ausbildungsmodule. Die praktischen Module können je nach Profil und Ausbildungsbedürfnis der Kandidaten oder der Kandidatinnen sowohl an der Zentrale als auch im Aussennetz stattfinden.
4 Nach Abschluss der Ausbildung erfolgt eine Schlussevaluation der Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen.
