Art. 56 émoluments
La GESPA peut percevoir des suppléments de 50 % au plus aux émoluments prévus aux articles 54 ss pour les prestations ou les décisions : a) fournies ou arrêtées d’urgence suite à une demande ou b) fournies ou arrêtées en dehors des horaires de travail ordinaires.
