Härtefälle 1 In besonderen Härtefällen kann die Direktion für Vormundschaft und Sozialversicherung den anrechenbaren Mietzinsabzug höchstens um Fr. 3’000.– jährlich erhöhen. 2 Diese Verfügung gilt jeweils nur für ein Jahr.
