Aufhebung bisherigen Rechts Folgende Stadtratsbeschlüsse werden aufgehoben: a. 2036 vom 10. Dezember 1986 betreffend die Inkraftsetzung des AHIZ- Reglementes und Ausführungsbestimmungen, mit Ausnahme von Ziff. 1 (Inkraftsetzen des AHIZ-Reglementes auf den 1. Januar 1987); b. 1250 vom 3. Juli 1989, 439 vom 7. März 1990, 661 vom 8. April 1992 sowie 624 vom 24. März 1993 betreffend Anpassung der Sonderregelung.
