Der Staat erlässt Vorschriften zum Schutz vor Grossraubtieren und zur Beschränkung und Regulierung des Bestands. Die Förderung des Grossraubtierbestandes ist verboten. Angenommen in der Volksabstimmung vom 28. Nov. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. Mai 2023. Gewährleistungsbeschluss vom 6. März 2023 (BBl 2023 724 Art. 5; 2022 2963).
