1 Es besteht in jeder Gemeinde oder in jedem Amtsbezirke ein Richter und ein Richterstatthalter; für jeden Kreis ein Zivil-, ein Korrektions- und ein Kriminalgericht; und für den Kanton ein Kantonsgericht. 2 Die Mitglieder des Kantonsgerichtes sollen die Kenntnis der beiden Landessprachen besitzen.
