§ 11 Übertragung von Tätigkeiten an Dritte
Sieht die Satzung einer Erzeugerorganisation vor, dass nach Maßgabe des Unionsrechts Tätigkeiten an Dritte übertragen werden dürfen, muss die Satzung sicherstellen, dass die oder der jeweilige Dritte der Aufsicht der Erzeugerorganisation unterliegt. Das nach Satz 1 maßgebliche Unionsrecht gilt für Nicht-Anhang-I-Erzeugnisse im Sinne des § 2 Absatz 2 Nummer 2 des Agrarorganisationen-und-Lieferketten-Gesetzes entsprechend.
