§ 19 Doppelmitgliedschaft in Erzeugerorganisationen
(1) Abweichend von Artikel 149 Absatz 2 Buchstabe d und Artikel 152 Absatz 1a Unterabsatz 2 Buchstabe d der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 1308/2013 kann einer anerkannten Erzeugerorganisation entsprechend § 9 Absatz 2 Satz 2 bis 4 auch eine Landwirtin oder ein Landwirt angehören, die oder der zugleich einer anderen anerkannten Erzeugerorganisation in diesem Erzeugnisbereich angehört. (2) Absatz 1 gilt entsprechend für die Mitgliedschaft einer anerkannten Erzeugerorganisation in einer oder mehreren anerkannten Vereinigungen.
