§ 25 Anforderungen an die Erzeugung
Abweichend von § 10 Absatz 5 dürfen im Erzeugnisbereich landwirtschaftlicher Ethylalkohol bei der Herstellung von Rohalkohol oder von unmittelbar aus Rohstoffen produziertem landwirtschaftlichen Ethylalkohol 49 Prozent der jährlich für die Herstellung erforderlichen Rohstoffe nicht von dem Hersteller erzeugte Rohstoffe sein. Ist der Hersteller eine Erzeugerorganisation, die die Rohstoffe ihrer Mitglieder verarbeitet, bezieht sich Satz 1 auf die Rohstoffe ihrer Mitglieder.
