§ 26 Aufbewahrungspflicht
Die anerkannte Agrarorganisation hat sämtliche Unterlagen, die mit ihrer Tätigkeit verbunden sind, vier Jahre vom Ende des Kalenderjahres an, auf das sich die Unterlagen beziehen, mit der Sorgfalt eines ordentlichen Kaufmanns aufzubewahren, soweit nicht nach anderen Vorschriften längere Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.
