§ 34 Übergangsbestimmungen
(1) Für Sachverhalte, die vor dem 19. Oktober 2021 entstanden sind, ist § 23 der Agrarmarktstrukturverordnung vom 15. November 2013 (BGBl. I S. 3998), die zuletzt durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 6. August 2020 (BGBl. I S. 1888) geändert worden ist, weiter anzuwenden. (2) Bis zum Ablauf des 30. Juni 2023 rechtfertigt eine nach Maßgabe des Unionsrechts, aber abweichend von der in § 11, auch in Verbindung mit § 12 Absatz 5, vorgeschriebenen Satzungsgestaltung erfolgende Übertragung von Tätigkeiten an Dritte einen Widerruf oder eine Anordnung des Ruhens der Anerkennung nach § 5 Absatz 1 Satz 2 und 3 und Absatz 2 nicht.
