§ 108. Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi nõukogu ja peadirektori kohustused
(1) Kuni Tagatisfondi nõukogu esimese koosseisu esimese koosolekuni täidab Tagatisfondi nõukogu ülesandeid Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi seaduse alusel nimetatud Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi nõukogu. (2) Kuni Tagatisfondi juhataja ametisse nimetamiseni Tagatisfondi nõukogu poolt täidab juhataja ülesandeid Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi seaduse alusel nimetatud Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi peadirektor.
§ 108. Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi nõukogu ja peadirektori kohustused
(1) Kuni Tagatisfondi nõukogu esimese koosseisu esimese koosolekuni täidab Tagatisfondi nõukogu ülesandeid Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi seaduse alusel nimetatud Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi nõukogu. (2) Kuni Tagatisfondi juhataja ametisse nimetamiseni Tagatisfondi nõukogu poolt täidab juhataja ülesandeid Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi seaduse alusel nimetatud Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi peadirektor.
