§ 109. Hoiuste Tagamise Fondi vara
Hoiuste Tagamise Fondile käesoleva seaduse jõustumisel kuuluvad väärtpaberid, hoiused ning muud õigused ja kohustused võetakse arvele hoiuste tagamise osafondi varana, kui nõukogu ei otsusta teisiti.
