§ 33. Ühekordne osamakse
(1) Ühekordne osamakse on 3200 eurot. (2) Ühekordse osamakse tasub krediidiasutus ühe kuu jooksul, alates talle tegevusloa andmise otsuse teatavaks tegemisest. (3) Välisriigi krediidiasutus on kohustatud käesoleva seaduse § 27 lõikes 2 sätestatud juhul tasuma ühekordse osamakse ühe kuu jooksul, alates talle Eestis filiaali asutamise loa andmisest. (4)
