§ 63. Hüvitamise ulatus
Osafondi arvel hüvitamisele kuuluv kahju summas kuni 10 000 eurot osakuomaniku konkreetse kahjujuhtumi kohta hüvitatakse osakuomanikule täies ulatuses. Kahjusumma, mis ületab 10 000 eurot osakuomaniku konkreetse kahjujuhtumi kohta, hüvitatakse 90 protsendi ulatuses.
