§ 66. Ühekordne osamakse
(1) Ühekordne osamakse on 1000 eurot iga pensionifondivalitseja poolt valitsetava pensionifondi kohta. (2) Ühekordse osamakse tasub pensionifondivalitseja ühe kuu jooksul pärast pensionifondi tingimuste registreerimist Inspektsiooni poolt. (3) Teise lepinguriigi pensionifondivalitseja on kohustatud tasuma ühekordse osamakse ühe kuu jooksul talle Eestis filiaali asutamise loa andmisest arvates.
