§ 74. Fondi vara
(1) Fond valdab, kasutab ja käsutab oma vara käesolevas seaduses ning põhikirjas ettenähtud korras. (2) Fond kasutab oma vara üksnes käesolevas seaduses sätestatud eesmärgil. (3) Fond ei või võtta kohustusi, mis ei tulene käesolevast seadusest.
