§ 10. Tagastamisele mittekuuluva vara kompenseerimine
(1) Vara, mis Aluste § 12 3. lõike alusel ei kuulu tagastamisele, kompenseeritakse käesoleva seaduse § 7 alusel ümberarvutatud võõrandamisaegse maksumuse ulatuses. (2) Tagastatava vara väärtuse vähenemist ega suurenemist ei kompenseerita.
